2022 will mark the 70th year of service for the Queen of England and if that wasn’t impressive enough, the Queen will also be the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee.
To mark this incredible and historic event Somerset will be hosting a range of events, festivities and activities so if you are coming to Southfork for the Jubilee weekend and fancy being part of history then read on. We have devised a list of 7 of the best events from around the area - one for every decade of the Queen’s reign.
Platinum Jubilee Hog Roast/BBQ & Music
Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th June 14:00

Odcombe Big Jubilee Lunch

The Barrington Beer Festival & Jubilee Party

Barrington Beacon and Barbeque

Ashill Jubilee Picnic

Bring your own food, drink and seating and celebrate the Jubilee with a fantastic family picnic. The Big Jubilee Lunch

Everyone is invited to join the Big Jubilee Lunch in the award-winning Vivary Park fittingly referred to as the town’s Jewel in the Crown. Taunton Corgi Trail
