We Southfork Caravan Park collect information from you to enable us to contact you and supply you with an invoice and paper work for the work carried out.

We use our accounts program which requires information so we can produce an invoice. This information is kept safe by an accounts password and all paper information is only kept for 7 years as by law. The only time the information on our accounts program is looked at is by our Accountant Albert Goodman. This is to produce yearly accounts.

By giving us the information verbally you are allowing us to carry out the above process.

We may use the information for contacting you with special offers or to inform you of events.

If you change any of the information and not inform us of the change we cannot be held reasonable for storing incorrect information.
